Selma Bensión –Chief Operating Officer
Selma is responsible for coordinating and overseeing executive projects. She holds a degree in architecture from the Universidad de la República (Udelar) and specialized in retail design in Barcelona. Her ability to manage and coordinate the design team’s tasks ensures that every project is ready for execution down to the last detail.
Luciana Arbelo – Project Director
Luciana leads the construction management team at UNA-STUDIO; her extensive experience brings our ideas to life. An architect who graduated from the Universidad de la República (Udelar) and holds a master’s degree in Retail Design, her meticulous approach as a construction manager ensures that every project excels in both design and execution.

Cecilia de la Vega – Commercial Director
Cecilia leads our client relationships. She is the first point of contact when an organization begins working with UNA-STUDIO and collaborates closely with the creative and project management teams. An architect who graduated from the Universidad de la República (Udelar) and holds a Master’s degree in Retail Design from Barcelona, she is passionate about design and is responsible for ensuring that every project faithfully reflects our clients’ vision.
